How Long Do Withdrawal Symptoms Last?

Hi there, I have been taking 25mg of seroquel nightly since 2002 or 2003 and am finding it really hard to fall asleep. Ive been wiening myself off it as per doctors instructions (only having half a tab per night. I had my last half last Tues & hav had bad insomnia every since have only slept a few hrs some nights. Absolutely none most nights so am wondering how long this is gunna last? :(

Hello, Tina! How are you? I'm sorry about your insomnia.

That is a typical withdrawal effect, as listed by the FDA, you may also experience nausea, dizziness, foggy headed feeling, diarrhea and rebound depression.

It may take a month for the symptoms to entirely go away, though they should gradually improve and not be as severe.
