How Long Before I Can Take It Roxy Again And Fill It

If i took soboxne strip Friday night at 6: pm I took something today Sunday and still can't feel it should I be able to feel it tomorrow if I tried taking another Roxy then

If I took a suboxin Friday night at 6:30 how long before I can take and Roxy and feel again the opiate and feel it again its been 2 days now I took something and still can't feel it will I be able to feel something tomorrow being that it'll be the third day
