I'm suffering from lower back pain since 2 week and it's such a bad pain specially in the morning
My dr. Recommend to have intravenous Methcobal 500. 1- it will help? 2-what is the side effects

This is a just a vitamin B 12 supplement, it is known to help with nerve function, and nerve health. The NIH warns that it may cause nausea, due to its potency.

The only way to discover it it will help you is by actually trying it. Have you started taking it, yet?
