Tapering off would be best, if she stops suddenly, she may experience some withdrawal effects, such as nausea, diarrhea, rebound anxiety and rebound depression.
What side effects is she experiencing? The typical ones for this medication as listed by the FDA as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and mood swings.
Has she informed her doctor of the problem? What condition is she taking it to treat?
