How And When D Rise Sachets

Iam male 65years my report says vitamin D deficiancy. Dr advised D rise sachats once in 15:days. My quesrion is after food before food or alongwith food please advise.

There is really no special way that vitamin D needs to be taken, you can usually do so, whenever it is convenient for you.

The U.S. FDA states that it may cause some nausea and constipation in some people that take it, if that occurs, you may want to take it with food to help prevent that.
