I have been prescribed
Butalibital for headaches
Cetirizine for my allergies
Tizanidine for muscle spasms
Quetiapine for restlessness
And paroxetine for anxiety

You should take them as prescribed by your doctor.

Tizanidine is usually prescribed to be taken on an as needed basis, but the others are usually prescribed to be taken regularly as prevention methods.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, constipation and weight changes.
