Hello, Sabrina! How are you?
One drug of choice is Tamoxifen, it's actually the one that's most commonly used now. It's an antagonist of the estrogen receptor in breast tissue. It actually has quite a few medical uses, such as Bipolar Disorder, Infertility and Gynecomastia.
Its side effects may include endometrial cancer, reduce cognition and fatty liver.
