High Blood Pressure (200/120)

I'm a female, age 81, and for a few days my blood pressure got high (200/120). What can I do about this immediately?

Those numbers can be very dangerous, you could suffer a heart attack or stroke, according to the NIH. You need to see a doctor immediately, so they can evaluate you and prescribe an appropriate medication, if they feel one, or more, are necessary.
