Hidroxocobalamina Tiamina Piridoxina

Well, I have these injection containing that type of vitamins and am 20 yrs. I was wondering if it is good for me too take them and if so, for what reason would someone take them?

It is just a nutritional supplement, if you do not get enough of them in your diet, taking them will not hurt you.

They are claimed to help with many things, though this is not really proven.

The only thing they are known to help with is a deficiency in these vital nutrients.

I think this is a B12 supplement. In the US its cyanacobolamin=B12

I would like to know what the benefits are of Hidroxocobalamina Tiamina Piridoxina? It's supposed to be for recovery & energy, because I felt so weak and was not hungry. If can you give me the answer in Spanish please do. Thank you so much for your attention.
