Help With Copd

I would like to buy a machine that helps my breathing as I have copd. Any recommendations?

I HAVE COPD AND AS OF NOW I DON'T TAKE ANY MEDICATION. MY DOCTOR TOLD ME TO QUIT SMOKING AND TOLD ME TO USE A PATCH. I FORGOT THE KIND HE SAID, BUT I WOULD RATHER TAKE MEDICATION.
