I am trying to find a legitimate online pharmacy to fill a tramadol RX. I've already thrown money away on some green pills, tramadol that came from India. I would really appreciate help from anyone that has had a good experience with an online pharmacy. There are so many on there and I don't if any exist that aren't scams. Thanks.

The problem is with the title of this discussion thread. The words "Legitimate" and "No RX" can't really be in the same sentence. The only way around this is to take a chance and order from an overseas pharmacy - but once again, you could be getting anything in the mail. My best recommendation is to search a list of Verified Internet Pharmacy Practice Sites (VIPPS) which are mandated through the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP). Hope this helps!

To the person who started this thread, there's really no such thing as a "legitimate" online pharmacy that sells Rx medications "without a prescription". That's 2 big contradictions right there, which is why no one has posted any sites worth looking at.

I think your best bet for finding reputable online pharmacies that can fill your prescription, would be to see the list which the NABP (National Association of Boards of Pharmacy) maintains through their VIPPS certification. You can see the following page for more detail:

All legitimate pharmacies require a prescription (online or in person). The pharmacies who don't require one are also not required under any law or jurisdiction to actually give you what you pay for; so it's like you're just throwing your money away hoping for the best. Some street dealers may even be more reliable than many of the webpages previously mentioned here, because at least you can track them down.

If it's really THAT difficult to get your medications legally, it may be time to consider other alternative treatment options.

Janet...where do you fill your prescription? I live in an area where physician's do not like to prescribe xanax for anxiety, but rather other SSR-I's & I DO NOT need anything for depression. Xanax works for the anxiety I experience when under stress & I don't want to take more meds than necessary. Help!

Hi, I don't know of a honest online pharmacy that carries tramodal, but never, ever order anything C.O.D. I found that out the hard way. With a credit card you are safe. You always get your money back if they are fake pills, or scammers. Just a word of warning

I usually buy tramadol online at xxxxxxxx They offer excellent prices! and really fast shipping. I've been using them for quite some time now without any complaint.. They accept COD (Charge on delivery) as a method of payment which is a Big Plus for me since I don't like using my credit card online and starting a week ago they started offering ZipZap payment options also!
