If you haven't seen any of the other related threads here on H86, then you may want to have a look. A lot of information has been posted here about H86 over the past few months now, some comments already stating exactly what you said.

H86 is basically fermented wheat germ extract, marketed under the name Avemar.

Someone in another thread actually took the time to post a recipe on how to make it (linked below):

However I'd still like to see more feedback from people who've tried it on a continuous basis with success.

How long is the right time to fermented. And how much from each, do you have the recipe? I have tumors all over my body, the doctor said their benign but I do not want to carry the risk. I want to get rid of it. Will this help me?

Listen folks. Don't waste time! Enter Avemar into a Google search box, order the stuff, then while waiting, read the other articles about how it works etc.

I took avenmar as i have tumors in my mouth. lots of them and big ones!

Because the tumors where in my mouth I was able to put the avemar tablets in my mouth and let them sit on the tumors while i was sleeping.

they were down 80% in two weeks

my condition itself is not resolved so i need to keep doing it
