No, I can assure that they are not.
This is actually an anabolic steroid. I am not sure which one, since they company uses the same GP logo on all their products, but it is definitely not Adderall, or any other legal U.S. prescription medication.
Anabolic steroids were banned in the U.S. by the FDA, due to the severe medical risks associated with them, they can only be prescribed in certain very specific medical situations. These ones are available for order online, though.
