The tablet with an M on one side and C 14 on the other is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and they list them as containing 1mg of Clonazepam, which is benzodiazepine that's most commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders.
However, this class of medications is very commonly abused in the U.S., so it may seem normal to her.
The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.
