Green Coffee Bean Extract
UpdatedIs it ok to open the capsule for green coffee bean extract, will it ruin the effects?

Hi Neilla,
With something that appears to be so natural, I think that emptying a capsule wouldn't have any effect on the potential use of the extract itself.
A lot of people empty vitamin capsules and other similar substances, putting them in liquid to feel the effects quicker, or simply because they cannot tolerate swallowing certain pills. So in my honest opinion, (unless your capsule is time-released) it's certainly ethical and reasonable to do so without harming the contents of the medication.
I hope this advice helps!
