Glycomet Use In Pcod

i am suffering from pcod nd was prescribed aldactone 50 for initially 4 months n later glycomet 500 with aldactone for. another 2 mnths.. im not diabetic butstill take glycomet .will this somehow correct pcod..is glycomet used for treating pcod..
