Glycomet Overdose

My cousin overdosed on glycomet.... He was found dead.. Could this be because of glycomet? What is the safe dose one must take if their blood sugar level is about 150-170 in fasting?

How much did they take? Has an overdose officially been confirmed via a medical examiner and lab serum tests? What dosage was he taking?

Many thanks for replying. I couldn't get hold of the reports since it was all hush hush. I know for sure he was not a diabetic. From the number of tablets found by his side I reckon he might have taken a good 30+.
