Glycomet Gp 2 Forte Side Effects

Ihad been taking Pioz 15 with Wallaphage 850 on the advise of my doctor for last 8 years after dinner ;but when I found my fasting level at 160 and PP level at 270. I consulted another doctor who only advised me to take Glycomet-GP 2 Forte before breakfast and stop Pioz and Wallaphage
Suddenly during noon and evening I feel very nauseous and gulp down food at hand to avoid the nausea.This may not be helping me reduce my diabetic levels..please advise
