Hi, Kceee! Sorry about the issues you're having.
Actually, there is a much higher chance that these symptoms have been caused by the diabetes itself and not the medication. Especially if your blood sugar was out of control for awhile and only recently diagnosed with corrective measures taken.
It could also be due to you body adjusting to the changes in your blood sugar levels that are being caused by the medication.
But the best thing you can do is consult your doctor, so they can discover what's causing the problems.

Are you also watching your diet? I remember my ex husband getting those types of symptoms, whenever he ate badly, such as indulging in too many sweet snacks or heavy starches.
