Yes, these tablets contain no ingredients that would cause them to contain gluten.

Along with the active ingredient, they are listed by Zydus Pharmaceuticals as containing crospovidone, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, trisodium citrate dehydrate, povidone and micocrystalline cellulose.

The FDA classifies this medication as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's most commonly used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation and increased risk of bleeding.

HEY! Great news! I just called Zydus and their medical team says their meloxicam is free of gluten, and has no possibility of cross-contamination, and that they confirm their sources for zero gluten too.

SOoooo, Zydus is gluten free as of October 21, 2020. Yay!
