One doctor advised to take "Glycomet-GP2" (containing - Metformin Hydrochloride IP 500mg (Sustained Release) and Glimepiride IP 2mg). And, another suggested to take two tablets (a) "MEDFORMIN 500" (containing - metformin hydrochloride IP 500mg) and "DiaGLI-2" (containing Glimepiride IP 2mg). Is there any difference; especially "sustained release".
