Hey Bob,
I'm not sure if you're the same Bob who's asked this type of question before, where I had also left a response... but in case you're not, this particular pill reportedly contains 75mgs of Diclofenac sodium (delayed release); manufactured by Sandoz.
Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug widely recognized for treating inflammation, pain, and fever; but happens to have other a few other off-label uses as well for conditions such as actinic keratoses and migraines.
