Hello,

Based on your description I located the pill to be Diazepam (5 mg).

It is commonly used for treating anxiety, insomnia, seizures, muscle spasms, restless legs syndrome, obsessive compulsive disorder, alcohol withdrawal, benzodiazepine withdrawal, and Ménière's disease.
