Fruta Planta- Me (Page 5) (Top voted first)

I've been taking fruta planta for 11 days and I only lost 3 pounds. I've been exercising and taking it in the morning with warm water. I'm reading that people are losing 10 lbs the first week. Am I doing something wrong?

I started the pills today. I don't fell hungary but I do feel a little lightheaded.

@ DEE I have PCOS also and it is very hard to lose the wieight around tummy. Can you tell me what guidelines you are following.

Hi Dee are you still using Fruta Planta I know this is from 2010 but was doing some research. I started a week ago but someone told me i have the 2012 version not sure if its strong like the 2010 version. I haven't seen any difference. My box has the seal certificate and the other stamp on both sides. I have the pink advanced version. Where did you buy your from. When did you start seeing results?

I've taken fruta planta on and off..it really works..just need to really change how u eat becuz when umstop u can gain the weight right away...

Hello everyone...I too have order mine from Arnold Supplements since Sept 2010 and since I have started Fruta Planta I'm down 47lbs...Arnold Supplements have the real thing. I do experience dry mouth and constipation so I do take a colace daily to help with the constipation but besides that I feel great.....p.s I also have changed my eating habits and also do 30mins of Cardio a day....Good Luck everyone (=
