Dear Franco - sorry to hear about your brother. I am not seeing this book as being completely free, it appears that you have to subscribe to HSI's newsletter / service for $74 / year (or $37 if you indicate you are entitled to a senior discount), and then you will get the book for free. You can see what I am talking about on their web site.
It also seems to be available for around $25.00 (Used paperback condition) on Amazon.com, and you would not need to subscribe to anything there. Hope this helps!
There is a related discussion thread which may be of interest to you called H 86 Cancer Cure (although of course the title should not imply an actual cure, but that is just the title of interest for whoever started the discussion).

Try CBD oil. Google Rick Simpson Oil for directions how to make it or find someone who follows these directions. Take like a supplement for at least 6 months about the size of a grain of rice everyday under your tongue. Individual may have to build up to the size of a grain of rice over a few week period. It causes cancer cells only to suffocate and die. The cancer cell can not function properly and dies. Tumors shrink and disappear. Worth a try - Google groups to join. Anyone with cancer should research this asap.
