So I found this pill, It's not seroquel as it doesn't match any of the pictures. It's small round and white, marked 50 on one side, it's blank on the other. The face and back aren't flat like the seroquel pills, they're rounded. I believe it may be Tramadol, though some posts online have said hydrocodone. I really would like to know as my brother is supposed to be clean of opiates and I hope he hasn't relapsed. I hope he isn't abusing anything, but opiates especially! Any help is appreciated.

Is the 50 pressed into the tablet?
If so, I believe you may have found a 50mg Quetiapine tablet, it's an atypical antipsychotic.
Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, weight gain and somnolence.
