Flotral is a foreign brand name for Alfuzosin, it is used to treat urinary problems caused by an enlarged prostate or BPH. Side effects may include asura, headache, ED and priapism.

How have you been instructed to take it by your doctor? If they advised you to take it with dinner, then you should do that.
