I have had MS with chronic pain that is hard to control. For the past two years these idiots at the pharmacies are soo scared of the government they are wlling to let us suffer. The government need to get the economy and crap like that taken care of. Not stick their stupid noses in our business. Doctors go through years of schooling but yet these politicians think they know better. Realllyyy!!! These pharmacies need to grow some you know what so they can take care of their patients. And my hope is that everyone in the Dea has someone in sooo much pain but get treated like the rest of us. Then lets see how they like it. I am sorry to all that are like me suffering due to the government sticking their noses where they dont belong.

I too have been on oxy 30s for over 3 yrs.i have dealt with the increase in price which is in the thousands now,without insurance.i struggle to get through just an average day,I have for degenerated discs,two of which are sitting on nerves,talk about pain,I'm in nyc.theres not a pharmacy who has them.this problem is not just In Florida or PA ect...it's everywhere.the thing is we can't pass blame to the pharmacies for it's not their fault,the blame is to the manufacturer where the pharmacies order from.they are the ones that are driving the price up and limiting the supply to the pharmacies.there is nothing we can do.yes we can ban together and stand up for our rights but if they say it's banned then guess what,it's banned.did you know MDMA street name extacy was in fact a prescription drug that was banned by the government,well history is repeating itself.the only way to get around it is to find another pain med that will work for you.yes we live In America but it's an America that's no longer run by Americans.we the people think we are free but in fact live and are controlled by the most strict country in the world.New World Order people,it's time to lift the vail that you all have kept over your eyes and really take a look at the country you live in,to make a change and take back our freedom will take war.americans against the government.rebel and fight or stay a robot.one thing we still have is the choice to pull the trigger

i live in pittsburgh pa and im perscribed oxy 30 and as of yesterday my pharacy and every other pharmacy will not fill my script this is crazy what can we do

Jay I totally agree with you but how do we get in contact with you? The price gouging of charging 4 to 8 dollars for a oxy 30 is illegal and all the bs of not being able to fill a legitimate script is illegal. I know ppl who have been on them for years and never had to pay more than $1.25 and now all of a sudden they cost more at the pharmacy than they used to sell for on the street. It's not on backorder either like they say I know this for a fact. Mostly all walgreens and cvs refuse to order them due to the fear imposed on them by the DEA.

LMAO! Dr. Herndon is a dirty doctor! No pharmacy will fill for him anymore! I don't understand why he isn't in prison? He deserves to be! I am an addict thanks to him! I'm opiate free but still my body and mind still tell me they want it but I just ignore it. I can't afford to be on drugs..i have kids that need their mommy :)

You can give this other page a try too if you come up with different results for some reason or another:

I've been visiting all the CVS and Walgreens Pharmacy's in Pinellas County, FL south of Gulf To Bay Blvd (there are 76 total) 3 times a week for 3+ weeks and I have not been able to fill my Oxy 30mg 180 tablet script yet I got it Jan 6th, 2012. No one will hold a script, they wont do online orders for them, they wont let you call. I too have been vetted completely with even new CAT Scans last year.

drugstore.com when contacted who had them told me they would NOT fill my prescription since it came from orthopedic or pain management clinic. this is insane.
