Fenofibrate Withdrawal Symptoms

I believe my creatinine level has gone from 1.5 to 1.7 in about 15 days and 2.5 in another 15 days. As a result of this I have stopped stanlip (fenofibrate) suddenly. Please advise.

I ran out of fenofibrate 160 mg tab about a week ago. I have been very shakey, bad headache, dizziness, nausea. Is this from withdrawal?
