Family Doctor Prescribing Pain Meds Western North Carolina

Hi, I am a disabled single mom, and have been seeing a family doctor who prescribes my pain meds along with everything else. I have a progressive disease I was born with in my spine, and 5 other conditions related to this. The reason I would like to stay with a family doctor is that I don't have the time and money to run all over the area and go to doctor's appts everyday of the week. The office I have been going to, I've now been switched to my 3rd student doctor in 3 years and they've done an across the board change in their pain med policy. They don't care that they aren't treating individual patients needs. My quality of life has gone backwards about 8 years and they have cut my medications to half of what I was taking when I was pregnant. I'm on medicare (supplemental plan) and medicaid, and am trying to find a new doctor and don't even know where to start. I even have a social worker and she called the place she works at that said they would take me but I had to call for an appt.. When I called they said they wouldn't take my insurance! Anyway, I may have to be changing the supplemental plan because I'm desperately also trying to get back into see a myofascial Pt therapist, as this is the only kind of PT that's worked for me in well over 20 years of various treatments. I live outside of Asheville, NC and I hate it here, but because of custody issues I'm stuck here. I need some names of Doctors that would consider taking me as a patient. I take my meds as prescribed, have not had an increase of dose in over 10 years and I get so mad when I hear about people selling pills etc... I'm allergic to cortisone steroid inj's. and I take a long term med that isn't very effective. I used to take oxycontin but when they changed to the new formulations it caused my throat to turn bright red and swell and break out in hives. I'm also tired of being treated like a drug addict and criminal. I simply want to be able to do daily activities like standing up to wash dishes and cook and play with my child.. I have asked for a referral to pain med management since the first day when they said they were cutting my meds per policy and never have been given one... I'm desperate to find a smaller doctors office as my stuff is always complicated or some problem, and I don't usually have 40 mins to wait to talk to a nurse or a person that tells me something wrong, then I get yelled at. If I can get back into a place that does my meds 3 months out, it will allow me to do other things they are asking, such as physical therapy and counseling, but I honestly can't do all this. Someone please help, because I don't know which insurance I'm going to end up with or where to start with calling doctor's offices and getting treated like crap. I also have ADHD and severe anxiety, but luckily have finally found a psychiatrist that is helping on that side.

Could you give your doctor's information? I have arthritis in my back, neuropathy in my legs, shooting pains from my back to my legs, carpal tunnel, and several other health issues.

What doctor, my client moved from Lumberton NC to Randolph county, he's been on this medication for years, had 3 back surgeries and one neck surgery and is disabled, all the doctor's in asheboro keep playing with his meds, that's dangerous.
