False Negative For Prescribed Benzos

Trying to figure out why my prescribed alprazolam/(xanax) isn't showing up in an immunoassay drug screen. I take
.5 mg of the alprazolam 3 times daily EVERY DAY AND HAVE FOR YEARS. I also take Methadone for chronic pain, Fluticasone Propionate (Nasonex), & take diphenhydramine 25-50 mg nightly for sleep. I theorize it could have something to do with stopping Gammaguard subq inj's. weekly for my CVID (immune disorder) & that this is a case of false antigen-antibody binding (interference)??? Any suggestions or ideas wouldbbe greatly appreciated because this may affect the continued prescribing of the alprazolam and methadone and I have several physical disabilities and PTSD and really need to keep taking this medicine because I have finally found something that works as in it doesn't over sedate me but takes care if a great deal of my pain.

I take 2 .5mg Xanax a day for 3 years or better. It didn't show up on drug screen. Pain management very strict don't know why it didn't show and has every time. I have never failed a drug screen, not had my count or missed an app ,unless was in hospital, what are my options ? I have very high anxiety disorder, don't sleep, don't eat well and stressed beyond my brain capacity at most times and now the worry of losing my Dr and my meds. What do I do ?
