Failed Pre Employment Physical

I received a job offer for a non dot position. Making stoves using power tools ect... I did my physical, and passed the lift test, vision test, pulmonary functions ect... I admitted to talking prescribed meds.. Such as suboxone for past drug use, methylphenidate for add, and seroquil a non narcotic sleep aid for sleep. The dr. there requested my medical records before she would pass me, and a note from my dr. that i can operate heavy equipment, or work safely in the environment they're placing me in. My dr. had no problem in doing so. After she received the info she failed my physical stating im unable to work any swing shifts or around any moving equipment. I've done this kind of work my whole life. I feel discriminated against. Can i sue that criticizing dr? Can she do that?

Talked to my dr. today he thinks it is discrimination because im on low doses and there is no regulation on my medicine. He says it is there patients word on the issue. Dr. Lesbian hooker as$!fu÷¡ is getting a law suit i hope if anyone can put some knowledgeable info about this ill be glad to hear plz and thanks..
