This is very new to the US market, and it seems to work really well for some people and to cause awful reactions in others, so please be careful using this, and keep all doctor's appointments. Report any unusual reactions and problems right away, also remember, this is not an INSULIN, it is something that helps control your blood sugar levels by helping to aid your pancreas and augment its control of your blood sugar, so this alone will not control your sugar levels.
I have a friend in Texas who has used this with great results, in addition to his diet plan, exercise, and other meds. He has lost a ton of weight, that he had trouble getting rid of for years, and his sugar is better controlled than ever. However, another friend, my landlord's wife was put on this, her doctor had her discontinue her insulin, then take 5 of this for two days, then up it to 10, and she ended up spending the entire day in the emergency room while they tried to bring her sugar down to an acceptable level and negate this drug in her system, when she arrived at the hospital her sugar was well over 600, as a matter of fact, it was much closer to 700 and they were amazed that she was still concious and aware and not in a coma.
So you have to use this in conjuction with other regular means to control your blood sugar, and your dose has to be started low and taken up very gradually.
