The SA just signifies the manufacturer, the actual drug is Etodolac, it is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, used to relieve pain and inflammation, commonly sold in the US under the brand name Lodine.

Some common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and dizziness.
