Endo 602 Will It Help Gout Paln

I am having a severe gout attack that is causing me bad ankle and Achilles pain have not slept I took half an Endo 602 will this help or should I take the whole pill

Endo Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as containing 5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. You should take is following your doctor's prescribing instructions.

The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.
