It is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, this one, Dexketoprofen, isn't available here, but there are several others that are, both over the counter and via prescription.
A couple over the counter ones are Aleve and Advil. The FDA lists their typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation.
