why do we use this tablet, what are the side effects, doctor prescribed me daily 2 times due to a minute sweel in the right side neck

doctor prescribes me Emenzen -D and zocef 500..what are their uses and side effects..

Emanzen D has given horrible side effects to me. I got a blood vomiting. Gastroentologist after an endoscopy conducted told me that my esophagus and Deudenum got damaged. I am on medication to treat these disorders for las 3 weeks.

This contains 50mgs of Diclofenac and 10mgs of Serratopeptidase.

This is an anti-inflammatory used to treat pain and swelling.

Common side effects may inlude: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.
