Effigen is a common misunderstanding of the name Ephedrine, a stimulant that is commonly used as an appetite suppressant.

Side effects can include: nausea, insomnia, anorexia and headache.

i have been taking 'effy' for a week now and have ate a lot less and felt more energetic and good for my self i would reccomend anybody effigen as long as you take it properley and not after 6 oclock evening, I have lost a good bit of weight and think they're great ! !
