Effeect Of Nurokind Plus

i am having ghinghini in my palm and lower feet. dr has suggested for nurokindplus. i took it for one and half month. should i continue it .if yes then for how much more capsule for complete releif from ghinghini?

I was suffering from vitamin b12 deficiency..my level was 159 ..doctor advised nurokind tablet for 6 month...I am not aware the side effects but my level is now 600 which I'd quite satisfactory..
