Effects Of Taking No Spa With Buscopan

I usually have severe abdominal spasms after a rich dinner. They last almost all night. Usually thebpain subsides with Buscopan (butylescopolamine). But doctors sometimes refer no spa (drotaverine). Are there any side effects if I take both together for pain relief and cure? If yes, what would be the advisable dosage?

I feel mild pains in my lower right side, sometimes to my lower back right side. I did an Abdominal Ultrasound Examination. Others are suggesting I do a Scan whilst others are advicing I take Doreta and Nospa tablet, because they think the scan will expose me to radiations.
What do I do.
