Ecosprin contains the active ingredient Aspirin, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is used to treat pain, fever, and swelling. It won't really do anything to treat pimples.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation, and increased risk of bleeding.
