UpdatedI suffer from gaut on my left leg near the big toe. How effective is this tablet and what are the side effects of long term use?

The FDA lists this medication as containing the active ingredient Diclofenac, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. It is effective, but there's no way to know how well it will work for you.
Its typical side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.
Long-term use creates a risk of liver damage, liver failure and stomach ulceration.
