my husband eat proxyvon 10 to 15 proxyvon capsules daily,i am very afraid what will happen in futre ,so tell me the side effect of eating this.

From my records Propoxyphene is the active ingredient in Proxyvon, which is a pain control aid. An overdose of dextropropoxyphene may lead to various systemic effects. Excessive opioid receptor stimulation is responsible for the CNS depression, respiratory depression, miosis, and gastrointestinal effects seen in propoxyphene poisoning.

I would speak with his doctor right away. He could really hurt himself by taking 10 to 15 pills per day.

Its a Pain Killer.If he is taking it Daily Its not good because its highly addictive. Plus 10 to 15 is a very high dose. If he is not prescribed for it he is just taking it for a trip. It gives a nice feeling.Its more popular among youngsters looking for a trip.I suggest talk to his Doctor.

i am a 30 years old & using 8 to 10 cap.of proxyvon daily since last 5 years . kindly consult me how can i avoid it.
now i become adddiction of them. please help me for avoiding it.

I am pradeep, i take 24 capsules daily since from 10 years, i want to quit it but i cant if i left i get leg pains severly. i am tied up i just want to come out of it. please help me

Please tell him to stop or reduce the doses as he is taking up bcoz i had a very deadly experience with SP.
It is not totally good for health.If he don't want to leave then tell him to drink 4 to 5 liters of water daily it will help him in good functioning of Renal and Liver.

Please once make a check up with your doctor and check his / her renal and liver functioning.

my mother takes20-22 capsules of proxyvon daily since last 20 yrs now she is addicted to itand we have done her treatment twice but could not be successful and she tries to avoid but cant so plss suggest what to do????

o bhai mai ta aap faseya hoiya aa 10 saal se. mai roj 20 to 30 capsule khaanda aa.
