im 5'8 and i weight only 109. i am 17 and it takes me forever to to gain weight....i bought these pills and im waiting for them to come.how much do u gain in the 1st week.

It's okay for me. I take other stuff tooo along with ectoplan....so ALL 2gether helps me. u should keep posted and say whether it works 4 u.

i bought the ectoplan tablets also and i really wanna gain weight. im 19, female, 107lbs. i really wanna know if the ectoplan tablets work because all powder shakes dont appeal to me. they so disguisting and i throw up as soon as i mix everything together. UGH!! i really need to know what works! pills are so much easier to me because you only have to taste the bad taste for a few seconds vs me drinking 3 glasses of nasty shakes. can anyone let me know? thanks!

I am thinkin aout ordering the Ectoplan as well. I was weighing 142 lbs abd have dropped down to 130 lbs. NOT COOL for me at all. Im use to having my hips and this isnt me at all. Reading the comment have me half and half. Im trying to find something safe and that will do the job. Im hesitant now about ordering now! Thinkin!, Thinkin!

HEY Stephie!!! I haven't been as consistent but after weighing myself i've gained 7.5 pounds. YAY, whoo hoo!! party over here! LOL!! This is alot for me b/c it's so hard for me to gain weight. i'm sure as hell gonna keep up with it from now on and no more slacking off 4 me.
AND the best thing is, i haven't even finished my 1st bottle, i have a little left and with that i'm hoping to gain at least 2.5 pounds so that i wud gain a total of 10 pounds. =) Super! So that was the good news.

For the not so good news or for sum ppl bad news is -- MY tummy!! Gosh i have put on weight there in my midsection and i had the tiniest waist. IT IS still small but i have a punch now. AND FRANKLY i'm not bothered by that b/c it's definitely NOT the only place that i've gained weight i'm slowly filling out. And heck i'd fix that stomach in NO TIME, as soon as i reach my weight gain goal!!

ooh hey Jenn....ya chic, definitely keep us posted. And what u said about high school cheerleader, i can sooo relate to that. With me ppl think i'm 16 and i'm like no i'm 18. Save the looking younger comments for when i'm old and need it!

And steph let me kno if it works for u, and don't give up.

HEY YALL! I ORDERED ECOTPLAN (THE 2 MONTH SUPPLY) LIKE....UUMM MAYBE THE BEGINNING OF AUGUST AND I STARTED BUT STOPPED BECAUSE I HAD BEEN SO BUSY WITH MY NEW JOB..I HAVE AN EXTREMELY HIGH METABOLISM AND I EIGH LIKE 105 LBS!!! IM BOUT TO BE 21 YRS OLD N A FEW MONTHS N I AINT TRYNA STILL LOOK LIKE A LIL HIGH SCHOOL CHEERLEADER! LOL NOT TRYNA BE FAT EITHER! BUT I ALWAYS WANTED TO BE THINK IN THE RIGHT PLACES N I ALSO HAVE TO GAIN THE WIEGHT TO GO TO THE MILITARY BECAUSE IMA END UP LOOSIN WEIGHT IN BASIC TRAINING. k guys...well i don't know what 2 do. I dont kno if this is psychological, but i'll still keep trying 2 c if anything improves, cuz now i'm at a stand still. It's almost like the placebo effect. lol. (sigh) but rissa u shud ask 4 money back. Cuz i'm not wasting no dineros.well, good luck jell and ri ri. lol. k i'll stop now. but i like those nicknames. I'll keep tryin with ectoplan eventhough now i feel kinda discouraged. Substi-meal sounds good.

Hi Jello ive been on it for four days now and it really do seem like im loosing weight so im going to stop taking them.....ima try wat u was drinking ...rite now im just goin to drink ensure.....because this pill doesnt work and im not going to eat till i throw up lol

I started the ectoplan 3 days ago and it seems like I'm losing too or something!! It is too much food to consume!! I think ppl r jus gainin weight b/c they have u over-eating!! It was just cheap and seemed like it would work so i figured why not!! BUT if u seriously wanna gain some weight guys try SUPLIMED SUBSTI- MEAL! It's a protein shake! Not bad at all! I tried it months ago and I gained 4lbs in 1 week!! I didn't keep up with it b/c i hate tasting the same taste everyday but it's a keeper!!

OMG!!! No way! r u serious??? wowww!! now u making me think that i'm not going to put on anymore weight. OK at least finish 2 weeks and weigh urself. see if there is any difference. that is reaalllly unfortunate. well u know how the saying goes, what would work for you does not have to work for everybody else. BTW, what does ur bottle say on it? describe the label.

Nah, i don't know anybody else taking them. I found out about it on the internet. and i was jus hoping it wud work. and so far it's ok. But, i really really need to start sticking to the meal plan or trying to eat more, cuz sumtimes i'm so busy that i don't have the time. [sigh], idk. to me things are on a stand still. my weight is fluctuating it's either lower or the same. cuz the pill can only work when u eat alot. gosh, i wana scream. it's like i give up and my body can only take so much. but it's still working bit by bit. but i get so impatient sumtimes. it's like why can't i pay 1000 dollars and let them inject fat into me or do some kinda sh1t and make me BIGGER so that i gain weight. LOL! don't mind my crazyness! i go off sumtimes.
