If you have a fishy odor coming from your genital area, then that likely denotes that you also have a vaginal bacterial infection. Thus, you might be treating one, while the other is still raging gout of control, because you might not be taking the right medication for it.
Have you consulted your gynecologist?
The fact that things are erupting after a bath also points to that possibility. Have you had any discharge? Do you still have the odor?
