Hello, Shiju! How are you?

The Ducolax is just a stool softener, to prevent constipation.

The Aciloc contains the active ingredient Ranitidine, which is an antacid, it's used to treat or prevent conditions such as ulcers, GERD, heartburn and gastritis, which means it was likely given to prevent the stomach irritation that the Lyser can cause, since it contains the active ingredient Diclofenac, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory.

Unfortunately, I can't find any information on anything under the name Nidare. Can you please double check the name and spelling? Thanks!
