Doxycycl Hycl 100mg And Tylenol

I just started taking Doxycycl Hycl 100mg tablet for sinus infection. Can I also take extra strength tylenol with this medication?

The antibiotic may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, diarrhea and non-allergic skin rash.
