Doloneuron can contain either of the following active ingredients:
Gabapentin 100 mg + Mecobalamin 500 mcg
OR
Gabapentin 300 mg + Mecobalamin 500 mcg.

It is indicated for the following treatments:

Diabetic neuropathy; trigeminal & post-herpetic neuralgia; back, joint & neck pain; cancer related chemotherapy & radiation induced neuropathic pain; chemotherapy induced hot flashes in breast cancer patients; uremic pruritus; painful neuropathy in chronic renal failure.
