I need information on Dolo-Neurobion XR (Extended release film coated) tablet which was prescribed to me for treament of Neuralgia

These are nothing more than vitamin supplements, they can help with some conditions that are caused when you are lacking in certain nutrients, but they are not proven to help with much else.

Is this the only thing you are taking>

I m suffering with pain over six months I m taking lots of drugs DR GAVE ME THIS PAIN IS STILL NOT GOING NOW I HVPAIN IN MY LOWER BACK AND SIDE I CANT MOVE FROM THE BED SINCE 3 weeks my hands and feet is hving pain I can’t eat 24/7 on the bed can’t getup sometime crying to go to toilet bad shape I m in I m 69 pl help me
