Your Pain Mgmt Dr won't be looking for Soma, he will be looking for street drugs or levels of opiates too high for what he has prescribed (ie:you are taking more than prescribed or using heroin).
Soma's like other non-narcotics would have to be tested/looked for specifically for you to be caught.
